Overview

RoleProbe provides interview-preparation software for founder-led teams. The Resume Claim Checker helps users identify high-risk claims in candidate resumes and generate role-relevant follow-up questions, answer signals, warning signs, and scorecards.

Not a Hiring Decision System

RoleProbe does not automatically reject, rank, shortlist, hire, or recommend hiring candidates. Users are responsible for their own hiring process, interview decisions, compliance obligations, and candidate communications.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use RoleProbe to:

• Make automated employment decisions.
• Evaluate protected characteristics or sensitive identity traits.
• Conduct background checks.
• Rebuild or publish candidate resumes without permission.
• Upload content they are not authorized to process.

Data Responsibility

Users are responsible for obtaining any permissions required to process candidate materials. The product is designed to avoid long-term storage of raw resume files by default, but users should still avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information.

Billing

The planned subscription tiers are Free preview, Starter, Founder, and Hiring Sprint, with monthly and annual subscription options. Payment processing and subscription status are handled through the configured payment provider.
