RoleProbe now supports an after-interview debrief workflow for saved full reports.

After an interview, users can paste or upload interview materials and review each original resume claim against what the candidate actually said. The debrief focuses on evidence, not hiring decisions:

• Supported, unclear, and contradicted claim status.
• Evidence strength for each claim.
• What the candidate said.
• What is still missing.
• Follow-up questions and evidence to request.
• A founder-readable debrief summary.

The tool remains human-in-the-loop interview preparation software. It does not rank candidates, recommend hire or no-hire decisions, assess personality, or analyze protected characteristics.

RoleProbe now supports the first version of the Resume Claim Checker workflow for founder-led hiring.

This release focuses on turning a job description and candidate resume into a structured interview preparation report:

• Candidate summary and role fit context.
• High-risk resume claims.
• Defensive follow-up questions.
• Good answer signals and warning signs.
• A compact interview plan for founder-led teams.

The workflow is designed for founder-led interviews where resume claims need to be checked with concrete questions, answer signals, and follow-up evidence.
